About

I am a clinical social worker licensed in Montana with 8 years of experience working as a clinician. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, life transitions, parenting and family dynamics, attachment issues, and trauma. I have extensive experience working with school-aged clients and their families. I also have more than 5 years of experience supporting other mental health professionals.

My therapeutic approach is welcoming, non-judgmental and interactive. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and honesty, and I believe it is a privilege to help people work to be their best selves. While I am a versatile clinician, my approach is generally a combination of attachment-based, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, and client centered. My work is individually focused to each individual person I serve.
