What should your client know about you? I believe all people have the capacity to change and the power to do so. For over a decade, I have been assisting children, adolescents and adults to find their inner strength and identify personal goals for change and growth. I specialize in depression, anxiety and adult diagnosed ADHD. What is your approach to therapy? I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and significant life changes. I I also assist parents whose children are struggling behaviorally and emotionally with identifying their own set of coping skills and effective parenting techniques. I provide support to post partum mothers who are learning to navigate and transition to a brand new chapter in their lives. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I am certified in cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also utilize an eclectic approach when determining the most appropriate interventions. I strive to empower my clients to regain focus on what is in their control, while learning to accept what is not. I use creativity paired with empirically based interventions in order to appeal to my younger clients.
