I am a licensed therapist in both Oregon (LPC) and Washington (LMHC) with seven years of counseling experience. I have worked with everyone from young children to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in a residential setting. Everyone has a unique journey and I meet clients where they are. I believe that you are the expert on your life and I am here to help you better understand yourself and what that looks like for you.

I approach each client and session with an open mind and heart. Depending on where you are and what you are wanting from the experience, we can go very solution-focused or existential. Life transitions are a specialty, and my role is to help you process those important times and changes.
