I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of professional experience in a variety of settings. My style is holistic, client centered, and insight oriented. I am very down to earth and believe that the key to a good therapeutic relationship is honesty and willingness to commit to change. My hope is that you can relax and speak your truth in a warm, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment. Therapy is hard work, but if you are willing to put in the work, I am willing to help you along your journey to better well being.

I use an integrative treatment modality that includes cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, with a family systems paradigm. I bring many professional as well as personal experiences that contribute to my ability to be a genuine, sincere and knowledgeable therapist. I have experience in a wide range of areas including depression, trauma, grief and loss, codependency, relational conflict, self-esteem, spirituality, and life transition/stage of life issues.
