Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida and have been working in the counseling field since 2010. In using a Person-Centered approach, I am able to meet each client “where they are at” and what they would like to focus on. I pride myself in being warm and empathetic, and at the same time working to empower clients to become the best version of themselves. Previously I have worked in private practice, outpatient clinics and at several non-profit organizations. I enjoy working with couples, individuals and families. In my practice, I use different interventions for whatever works best for your needs/situation. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with you, so together we can find ways to help you feel better. I believe in creating a space where we can have difficult conversations and working on resolving issues. I believe the most important factor in making change is the ability for you to trust the person you are working with. I am so glad you are reaching out for help, and look forward to working with you!
