I have worked with clients of all ages who have experienced an array of different difficulties that have affected their mental health, specifically specializing in grief and trauma. Though my practice is not limited to only those two areas of mental health. I have closely worked with clients struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, emotion regulation, anger management, abuse, infertility, family conflict, and many other stressors that affect overall well-being. I have practiced CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and solution-focused, among other modalities. My approach to therapy is tailored to my clients and the specific concerns for which they seek assistance for. At the end of the day, my goal as a therapist is to provide you with the tools to help improve your quality of life, and then, thereafter, help your quality of life maintain longevity. I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable peeling back those difficult layers that may have been adhered to for quite some time.
