I specialize in working with women who are experiencing domestic abuse, have low esteem, feelings of hopelessness, depression, anxiety, have experienced trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and everyday stress. I also specialize in working with children ages 2 - 18 years old and their families helping them cope with trauma, adoption, and behavioral issues. What is your approach to therapy? As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field I can assist you in developing the tools necessary to help you cope and lead a happier life. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is to create a safe nonjudgemental environment during our sessions so that together we can create treatment plan goals that will help you get through whatever you may be going through. It's important to me that you feel understood and supported during our sessions.
