Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota, New York, and Missouri with over 13 years of experience working in the medical and behavioral health fields. I work with clients with diverse needs including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and career challenges. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership where we can help identify your inherent strengths and learn skills to help you tackle life's obstacles.

My therapeutic approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) principles. I would describe my style as warm, approachable, and honest. I strongly believe therapy should be a safe space where you are able to share your past experiences, explore the current barriers in your life, and set goals for the future. I know that starting therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to support these steps towards building a happier life filled with purpose.
