I approach each client as a unique individual and have an understanding that every person/family has their own story to share and work through. I utilize a holistic approach that encompasses the whole person including mind, body and spirit. Additionally, I use a combination of strengths-based, trauma-focused, attachment, cognitive and behavioral approaches within my work as a therapist. My area of expertise is working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I am a trained EMDR Therapist and have experience working with individuals and families in vulnerable situations.
