I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years experience in the field in a variety of settings. I specialize in trauma, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ issues. I adopt a client-centered, strength-based lens. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to healing, and each individual has within themselves the ability to learn, grow, and thrive--I simply act as a guide along the journey. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and will work with you to create a treatment plan that works for you and tailors to your specific needs. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and safe while receiving therapy. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I will always work to do my part to make your experience a successful one.

I am trained in a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Mindfulness, and am able to pull from each in order to guide you in the way that works best for you. There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and each person finds healing in different ways. Whether you are trying to improve relationships, create and maintain healthy habits, deal with major mental illness, or overcome trauma, I will work with you to find your path towards healing and success.
