About

***Please Note: Kashi Heynis is a provider within Headway’s provider network. After booking your appointment you will receive an email from Headway with instructions to setup your Headway patient account. You will need to complete this setup in order to confirm your appointment.*** What should your client know about you? I like to think of myself as a lantern holder in the darker times of people's lives. I am passionate about helping clients resolve the invisible wounds that keep them repeating vicious cycles. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an effective (evidence-based) eye movement technique to change the way people respond to certain people, places, and events in their lives. What is your approach to therapy? I've been trained in several areas of trauma-informed healing, including Registered Yoga Teacher training. I am also trained and certified as a Natural Lifemanship Equine Therapy provider.  I work with an organization that provides Equine sessions for Veterans and their Families/Spouses.  I'm a "come as you are" type of provider, hoping to create a comfortable space (whether in person or virtually) for my clients.  What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? The primary goal I have for every individual I work with is for them to feel a sense of relief as we wrap each session. I also strive to help clients become more at peace with the past and the unknown future.
