I am a licensed independent social worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I utilize my experience as a yoga teacher to bring mindfulness into our work together. I primarily practice from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and solutions-focused modalities, but employ an integrative approach to best fit your needs and goals.
