I am licensed in California with 4+ years of professional work experience in the therapy setting in several different fields. I have worked with adults, families, couples, foster youth, teens and children. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I want my clients to have an active role and voice in their sessions, as I am here to support you and help you achieve your goals.
