Welcome! We sometimes doubt that others truly understand what we are feeling, so we struggle in silence. I offer a place to have these thoughts and feelings held, respected, and cared for. I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 years. My expertise includes premarital counseling, separation/post-divorce adjustment, relationship issues, closure with past relationships, individual counseling, depression and anxiety. Every person is an individual and there is no one-size-fits-all approach in therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate and develop positive strategies to cope with these challenges.
