I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience. I believe that our mental health needs should be considered just as important as our physical health. I have many years working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Trauma and other related mental health conditions. The approaches I use are CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Person Centered, to name a few. When I am not providing therapy you can find me talking walks with my husband and dogs, reading, and recently exercising.
