I received my Master's Degree from Pepperdine University and I currently have over 24 years experience working with individuals who feel challenged by life circumstances. My journey has allowed me to work in diverse settings including private practice, clinics, schools and substance abuse treatment centers. I have worked with a wide range of client issues including depression. anxiety, relationship issues, family issues and adjustment issues.

I have an easy going, warm and flexible counseling style that gets results. I have been described as supportive, accepting and compassionate. I provide a safe environment which allows clients to open up about their hidden hurts. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and my treatment goals are tailored to meet the individuals needs.

It is not always easy to ask for help, and I am happy you have chosen to take the steps to improve.
