Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor who wants to help you become your best self. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger management issues, mood disorders and personality disorders. My clinical approach is client centered and my training has mainly focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment for you to share your concerns and engage in collaborative conversations about improving your life and emotional state.
