Hi there. I'm Karrah. Are you a busy mom trying to juggle everything? Does that include working a job? Coming home to the second shift (cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.)? Working the third shift (the mental load of keeping track of the family calendar, remembering to buy a present for the party, scheduling the vet appointment, etc.) all of your waking hours? Does it feel impossible to do ALL of the things? It is! I support women in creating a life that feels more balanced and happy. We will work together to identify what's working, what's not and find new ways to support a life you are excited to live. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I like to integrate mindfulness exercises to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with empathy and accountability so you can make meaningful change and find a place to heal and grow. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, anxiety or depression, I'm here to help. Asking for support can feel scary but it is a brave first step toward living a life you love.
