I am licensed in Vermont with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

I have spent the last 13 years working an addiction treatment program that supports clients engaging in medication assisted treatment. I would be honored to walk with you on your path to recovery - it is possible and attainable.

For the past 12 years I have worked as a clinical supervisor and am able to provide you with support and supervision if you are a clinician working toward licensure.
