You will need to complete this setup in order to confirm your appointment. What should your client know about you? I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in trauma-focused therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I am a fully EMDRIA accredited trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. What is your approach to therapy? I take a trauma-focused approach in which we explore how past events influence our current thinking patterns and behaviors. I also utilize different modalities in order to learn healthy coping skills and mindfulness techniques for present day symptoms. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I aim to provide a warm and non-judgmental space that allows for growth as well as relief from the burdens you are carrying each day.
