I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 26 years of experience in the school setting, while 11 of those years as a counselor/therapist. I have a Master's of Education Degree in Counseling and have worked with people on an array of different challenges, those of which include: Anxiety, Depression, Bully Prevention, Relationship Strengthening, Compassion Fatigue, Anger Management, Family Conflict and Trauma and Loss. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy along with Choice Theory, but we will adjust and adapt to other techniques if needed. My goal is to help you feel safe and to empower you to be the best version of YOU!
