Hey there! I'm Karla. Do you feel stuck, as if your wheels are spinning and you don't know how to move forward? I work with individuals to determine what change they hope to see and develop a client-centered plan about how to work toward the change to get unstuck. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals identify negative thinking patterns we can change to positively impact their moods and behaviors so the wheels aren't relentlessly spinning. Beginning therapy is a big deal and often feels like you're in the hot seat. So, I work hard to develop, foster and maintain a therapeutic alliance to join with individuals to meet them where they are and we'll take it at your pace.
