I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I have 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, assertiveness, and codependency. I also have a passion to empower survivors of abuse. I have helped survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and rape. Together, we can work towards healing by finding your voice, feeling in control, and defeating negative thoughts. I believe that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. Don't be afraid to take a chance and try something new! There is hope...don’t give up!
