About
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over thirty years of experience in the counseling/mental health field. I have worked primarily in the community mental health setting with clients who had a wide array of concerns. These concerns included depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, women's issues, stress. I think you will find me warm interactive and supportive. My primary counseling approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, however, I draw from a variety of theoretical perspectives/techniques. Thanks so much for reaching out. I look forward to meeting you. Together we will develop an action plan in order to meet your unique goals.
