Hello!! I am a Licensed Professional Counseling and Board Certified Art Therapist working in Tennessee. After completing my undergraduate work at Columbia College Chicago, I received my Masters degree from the Universoty of Louisville. I have years of experience working with young adults and adults navigating a variety of life obstacles. People seek counseling for various reasons. Sometimes it gets challenging keeping up with the hustle and bustle of daily life and dealing with unexpected stressors. For other individuals, counseling is a place to work through overwhelming thoughts and feelings related to traumatic events. Whatever the reason that has you seeking therapy, I commit to walking with you throughout the healing process to achieve inner growth and peace.

The fear of change and the unknown is scary for everyone, but it doesn't have to be handled alone. The counseling experience should be a collaborative one. I believe you have everything you need to reach your full potential, sometimes it’s just hard knowing where to start. Through a combined client-centered, strengths-based and solution focused approach, I aim to help you sort through everything and get back on track. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety and/or depression, as well as exploring relationship conflict and parenting skills.
