I believe in my patient’s ability to change and achieve their maximum level of strength. I have been working with a variety of diagnoses and issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, autism, schizophrenia, ADHD, ODD, DV, grief, co-dependency, etc. I can help you process and work with your feelings, thoughts and behaviors, so you can find your very best self. I can provide support to understand and accept your mental health issues but also to find solutions and coping skills. I offer a non-judgmental, confidential and safe space for you to gain insight and to work towards goals. My experience as a LMFT gives me the opportunity to work with individuals, children, couples, families and groups in both Spanish and English. I always consider the diverse cultural, SES, emotional, and spiritual needs of my patients. I have been trained in several EBPs, such as TF-CBT, MAP, DBT, Structural Family Therapy and SFBT.
