Hi, My name is Karin Huang and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Lic# 120305 in California. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach I typically use Strength based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, coaching, person-centered therapy and positive psychology. My focus I typically work with people who are currently stuck in their life and wanting to make a positive change, get new perspective. I'm comfortable in treating mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transition, coaching, and trauma. My communication style I create a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to disclose your issues. I will walk with you through your most difficult times and help you to conquer and overcome your greatest obstacles. You have the power inside of you.
