In the 25 years of working with people I have seen how resolving old trauma (hurts and painful events) are key to finding true inner peace and harmony and organically setting healthier boundaries. Usually this gets resolved in 1-6 sessions and after that the rest of the work goes much smoother as you are now in a much calmer state and able to find clarity and confidence that was hard to come by before. My clients are usually excited and hopeful when I describe how I work with people because finally we get the brain and the body, thoughts and emotions back in alignment rather than continuing to know "I should be doing this but I keep reacting this other way."
There is nothing better than seeing a client release all of that stress he or she has been carrying around sometimes for years, and find peace.
