I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for over 6 years. My specialties include the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma and Recovery, Stress Management, Adjustment and life transitions, Grief and Loss, Attachment and boundaries, Interpersonal relationship issues- including peer and family of origin. I view therapy as a mutual relationship with the Therapist and Client. I also strongly believe in the connection between physical and mental health, so my treatment will incorporate improving both of these areas of your life. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients heal from past experiences, as well as learn healthier ways to manage life's stressors and reduce symptoms that interfere with their daily life. At the first session, you can expect a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and relaxed conversation to build up a therapeutic rapport. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely all throughout Florida.
