I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience working with individuals and families. I have worked with many clients seeking to address issues in their lives such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, postpartum issues, OCD and parenting struggles. My goal is always to meet my clients where they are in the process of self-discovery and healing to create a welcoming environment. I believe strongly in client-directed treatment with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches.
