ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado and am passionate about helping people to make changes in their life. I have provided caregiver support to those who are in the hospital as well as providing bereavement counseling for hospice patients. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.
I believe in the strength of the human spirit and in supporting individuals to initiate any change they wish to make. My practice is guided heavily by the work of Brene Brown and I believe it has taken courage for you to look for a therapist and to show up in making that first step in changing your life. I am excited to meet you and work together to identify your goals and make plans to achieve them!
