I'd like to say. "Hello" and " Welcome to your HEALING journey. My name is Kari and i am a licensed professional counselor with 9 years of experience. My career journey has provided me with many opportunities to learn new skills and touch the lives of so many people.
I have worked with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life stress, grief and loss, etc.
Welcome to a new day in your life journey. This life journey maybe has been full of "loops, bumps, unexpected turns and 0-60 in a short time leaving you with emotional distress, confusion, and hurt. Maybe you have decided today is the day you want to make it different. I would be happy to a combination of different therapy models that include solution-focused therapy, client- centered, CBT, DBT, inner child, and trauma therapy.
