Hi. My name is Kari and I’m living and licensed in Wisconsin. I partner with clients to create an empathetic space where you can process emotional pain and frustrations, navigate problems, and rise up into that best version of you. Much of the time this will look like making some tweaks to your self-care, self-talk, and/or ways relationships are navigated relationships. Together, we can co-explore what healthy lifestyle means to you and build a bridge to connect your vision to your actions.
