The most significant attribute that I have to offer at this point in my life is the knowledge base, skill, and wisdom that 34 years of counseling has afforded me. I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most successful therapeutic frameworks and I frequently utilize these techniques as I accompany people on their journey of self-exploration and healing. I believe that when we as people gain a better understanding of our thought processes and how they relate to our feelings, we have great potential for growth and change. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Louisiana, and have worked with a wide variety of people, mental health concerns, and challenging life circumstances.
