Hi and welcome. I have been a social worker for over 32 years and am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and family struggles, grief and loss, as well as life changes. My counseling style is a combination of cognitive behavioral and solution focused techniques. I have a laid back - direct approach and am here to help you make the changes you want to make in your life. I work with each client individually to focus on what works best for them.
