Hello!
Welcome to the Find A Therapist community! I am Karen Reid, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in California and New York. I have more than 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, families and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, and ADHD.

I believe therapy should be a partnership- you are the expert on your life experience, I am here to help you make desired changes. We will set goals together, working on areas of importance to you. My approach to therapy blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approaches. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
