I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in private practice for 27 years. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and moods disorders using several modalities including cognitive and behavioral modification. Our focus will be on the present day, while using and understanding how past experiences and relationships have led to present day feelings and reactions. I use thought provoking questions and discussions to improve insight and awareness. I believe in setting obtainable goals and moving towards them in a nonjudgmental and accepting relationship and atmosphere.
