I have worked in a wide variety of settings, helping clients cope with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and to find ways to improve enthusiasm and motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, as well as helping find the path up and out of depression. I also have experience working with coping with the challenges that can come with life changes.
