Welcome, I'm a therapist who is passionate about helping my clients make positive changes in their lives. My experience is with managing anxiety, depression and Post Partum depression/anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. Growth can be uncomfortable, intimidating and even scary, but it can also be rewarding. I focus on my clients' strengths and capabilities while working collaboratively towards realistic goals and solutions that work for them.
