I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My counseling work focuses on helping you to find relief from mental health, relational and situational concerns while developing solutions that are uniquely yours. Often this involves exploring and changing patterns of thought and behavior that have become problematic. Using a blend of evidence based modalities, my approach is collaborative as we develop new perspectives that lead to effective problem solving.

Having worked with active-duty service members and in community mental health, I have experience helping clients manage various forms of anxiety, depression, stress, substance dependence, relationship issues, and life transitions. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couple counseling using Gottman Method assessments and interventions.
