Hello and Welcome!!
First of all, I want to commend you for taking this first step to receive support and guidance with whatever you may be struggling with right now.
My name is Karen and I have been a Licensed Clinical Counselor for over 35 years. I am also a Veteran having served as a Captain in the Air Force providing counseling and support to active duty service menbers. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, anger and relationship issues although I am comfortable with any life issues or stressors you may be experiencing.

My counseling style is warm and non judgemental. I also have been know to interject humor in my sessions (when appropriate of course). I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe everyone has strengths and I am going to help you see yours. It takes courage to take the first steps towards becoming a happier, healthier you. I can promise you, I will be walking by your side and supporting you every step along the way.
