About

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of California. I've been working in this field for more than 10 years. I have experience working with a wide range of issues and concerns. Some of the areas I specialize in are: anxiety and depression, addiction/recovery, LGBTQ issues, recovering from narcissistic abuse and internalized shame.
I take a relational approach, using trauma informed, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. I am interactive, empathetic and warm. I have a masters degree from Chapman University in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy.

Therapy is a relationship. I know taking the first steps can be scary, but also rewarding. Pursuing health and wholeness is one of the best investments you can make. I will walk with you through the process, guiding, nudging and encouraging you to discover what living your best life can look like.
