About

I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked with mental health issues for over 19 years. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, relationship issues, parenting problems and addiction. I also have helped many people who have social phobia and chronic pain.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe we all "put our pants on one leg at a time". My approach is Gestalt, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness. However, I tailor my approach to my clients need.
