Thank you for visiting my profile and I look forward to working with you.
I have been a Licensed Mental Health professional for the past 20 years in Florida and more recently Oregon. I have worked in Community Mental Health as well as private practice. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Interns in the state of Florida. More recently I have acted as a Clinical Director and Program Manager for a Clinical team of therapists.
My therapeutic modalities include Trauma Informed Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Mindfulness Techniques and Motivational Interviewing. I find these modalities help people get meaningful results so they can move forward in their life and manage their symptoms more effectively.
It is difficult to navigate through life if you are experiencing extreme anxiety, depression or any other mental health symptom that interferes with your ability to live life to the fullest. I would like to be a part of your journey to feel better and actualize your full potential.
