We do not provide letters or psychiatric evaluation beyond the scope of our practitioners* I have an approach that is warm and welcoming, relying heavily on positive psychology. Life is stressful enough, therapy should be a stress free place to be open and process challenges. I do my best to be easygoing and maintain an empathetic approach that allows my clients to be vulnerable in a safe space. My specialties are grief and life changes; but I have thorough knowledge of general depression and anxiety, career and life counseling, chronic illness, domestic abuse and violence, peer and familial relationships, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues.
