Together we will explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are affecting your life, and some practical interventions to attain goals.
You will have a safe and supportive, non-judgmental space to express and process your thoughts, grieve, and grow. Areas of practice include treatment of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, health concerns, life transitions, aging, and marriage and family issues.
I have over 25 years of experience treating a variety of clients and issues. In tailoring your therapy I will draw on a variety of treatment modalities & experience.
