I have twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group settings. I have been a licensed clinician since 2006. Some of my areas of clinical focus include adults and children dealing with developmental disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, abuse & neglect, adoption, behavioral challenges, domestic violence, substance abuse, anxiety, women's issues, work problems, and parenting. I utilize a variety of techniques for an individualized approach for my clients.

My clients generally enjoy working with me because I am very relatable. I have experienced the vast impact of untreated mental health issues on the family system and on individual family members. I have always been passionate about understanding human behavior and the strength of the impact of environment vs. genetic predisposition. I love helping my clients navigate through life's challenges and find new, healthy ways to cope with stressors. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling & Psychology and I am a Doctoral Candidate in Behavioral Health Leadership. I am a mom of two children and several pets. In my private practice I see some clients struggle to fit in their appointments between work and family responsibilities; this platform is an excellent way to balance both, which is why I also offer later evening and early morning appointments. My flexible scheduling is also helpful for my international clients with significant time zone differences.
