I am an LPC with over 18 years of experience working with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, relationships, trauma, LGBTQ issues, and more. My counseling style is positive, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating all clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgment. My approach is cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused, while also incorporating other techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Above all, I customize counseling and treatment based on the individual needs of the client.
