Hello! My name is Karen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with 3 years of professional work experience. I am a strengths based and client- centered therapist. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, seen and supported.

I work with individuals ages 13-21 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, major life transitions and peer/interpersonal relationship conflicts.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to provide you with the tools to navigate life’s hardships and to empower you to make choices that will improve your quality of life. I am here to meet you where you are and to support you in this process!
