I am passionate about my work with adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with mood disorders, eating disorders, work/school issues, grief, and trauma. Drawing upon cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I will work with you to identify, explore, and overcome negative thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. I believe everyone can benefit from the right therapeutic relationship and I seek to provide a safe space, warm environment, and the clinical support needed to work through both the everyday and extraordinary challenges life has in store.
